The accumulation of GASCO knowledge and experience from prior activities provided technical staff with the right tools to make challenging new projects possible. We can finish our jobs as well as jobs for third parties expanding our excellence to sister companies and concerned parties inside and outside Egypt applying our knowledge beyond our national boundaries.

• The Arab Gas Pipeline

After the execution of The Arab Gas Pipeline in 2003, GASCO has been assigned the operation, management and maintenance of the Arab gas pipeline phases with total length 700 km of 36" extending from AL-Arish (north of Sinai) till Dabbosia on the Syrian-Lebanese borders and Lebanon pipeline from Dabbosia to Tripoli in Lebanon through an agreement with East Gas company, Jordanian Egyptian Fajr company and the Ministry of Energy & Water of Lebanon.

• Pipelines Integrity Services

Since its establishment in June 2006 till December 2010, GASCO's PIMCOE inspected & rehabilitated about 1062 km oil & gas pipelines for sister companies (Town Gas , PPC, Bapetco, Fajr, El wastany).

During 2011, PIMCOE is planning to inspect 975 Km oil products & gas pipelines for sister companies (PPC, BAPETCO, UGDC,….)

• Gas–Cooling projects (Smart Village)

GASCO executed the gas cooling system for the Smart village established on area of 12000 M2 and cooled by 24 modules , 1000 ton refrigeration and gas-fired absorption units providing both chilled and hot water to piping systems which connect the plant to the buildings with a total length of 42 km with different diameters in the first phase of the project.

GASCO has also, executed the pipeline supplying gas to the village with a capacity of 5000 cubic meter/hour, the PRM station to reduce pressure from 70 bars to 35/7 bars. The first phase of the project was finished at the end of year 2006 with a capacity of 8000 tons refrigeration/ hour.

• Pressure, Reducing & Metering Stations

GASCO technical staff backed by reliable experience in design, engineering drawings, procurement, fabrication, installation, painting, commissioning and operating of pressure, reducing & metering stations. GASCO executed 74 PRM stations since its establishment till the end of year 2011. In addition to 20 PRM stations are under execution for different power stations, petrochemical plants and others.

• Hot-Tapping & stoppling services:

GASCO has executed more than 50 off- takes for the local distribution sister companies (LDC's) which are concerned with distributing natural gas in different concessions areas all over Egypt.

• Feed gas pipeline projects

GASCO executed many branched feed gas pipelines to feed gas to customers in different sectors ( El-Arish Cement factory , Kima Fertilizers plant , the Egyptian co. for propylene and polypropylene , residential area of west of Aswan , residential area adjacent to Moubarak City in Souhag , ……).

• Internal gas network

GASCO executed the internal gas network for more than 40 major customers (Port Said Power Station, Korimat Power Station, Sinai white & grey cement factory, Alex for petroleum products …).

• Others

GASCO rendered the following supervision services to third parties :

- Conducting a study on and treatment of internal corrosion of the fire fighting network for Jordanian Egyptian Fajr.

- Executing tailored computer applications for sister companies ( Town Gas – Petrotrade – Petrosafe , ……) by its experienced programmers.
